Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Leadership & Growth (Primary Focus)Lead and develop outside and inside sales teams, establishing clear goals, KPIs, and accountabilityDrive revenue growth, market expansion, and key account penetration within biopharma and life sciences marketsDevelop and execute sales strategies and commercial plans aligned with company objectivesMaintain direct ownership of strategic customer relationships and high-value opportunitiesBuild and strengthen partnerships with key suppliers and principalsBusiness Leadership & Financial PerformanceOwn overall business performance, including revenue, profitability, and cost managementDevelop and manage budgets, forecasts, and operating plans aligned with growth objectivesDrive accountability for achieving financial and operational targetsUtilize strong financial acumen to make data-driven decisionsOperations & Execution (Supporting Commercial Success)Ensure warehouse and distribution operations effectively support customer needs and sales growthAlign operational execution with commercial priorities to deliver best-in-class service levelsDrive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and tools (CRM, pricing, inventory management)Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirementsCustomer & Market LeadershipServe as a visible leader in the market, representing Accuflow Systems with customers, suppliers, and partnersDeliver technical expertise and application support aligned with customer needsTravel as needed to support business development and key account growthTeam Leadership & DevelopmentBuild, lead, and coach a high-performing, sales-driven organizationRecruit and develop top talent across commercial and operational functionsFoster a culture of accountability, performance, and teamworkSet clear expectations and continuously elevate team capabilityQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field7-10+ years of sales leadership experience, including leading outside sales teamsExperience selling into biopharma, pharmaceutical, or life sciences manufacturing environments (required)Background in fluid handling, bioprocessing, single-use systems, or related technologies strongly preferredDemonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market shareExperience in solution-based selling within regulated (GMP) environmentsStrong financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, and business performance managementAbility to operate both strategically and hands-on in a growing businessExcellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsTravelTravel required to support customers, suppliers, and growth initiatives (~25-50%)Must hold a valid driver's licenseWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent revenue growth and market share expansionStrong performance of outside and inside sales teamsIncreased penetration of biopharma and life sciences accountsA high-performing, accountable, and engaged organizationOperational execution that supports and accelerates commercial success
