The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of residential renovation projects. Responsibilities include managing resources, scheduling, and ensuring project compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. The role requires frequent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear expectations and deliverables. Regular updates and problem-solving are integral aspects of this position.QualificationsPlan and manage residential remodeling projects.Develop and maintain realistic project schedules.Coordinate subcontractors and internal crews, ensuring proper sequencing and execution.Monitor progress against schedule and budget; proactively address issues.Act as the main operational point of contact for clients.Provide consistent project updates and manage issues without impacting profitability.Use Houzz Pro as the central project management system and help finalize its setup for PM workflows.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational friction.Qualifications2–4 years of experience as a Project Manager in residential remodeling or construction. Experience managing multiple medium size projects simultaneously.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Clear, professional communication with clients and field teams.Experience with ERP or project management software (Houzz Pro strongly preferred).Engagement DetailsFully remote.Part-time commitment.Compensation based on hourly rate or per-project fee.LanguagesEnglish required.Spanish is a plus.
