Role Description This is a full-time remote Salesperson role with Pacific Roofers. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential customers, conducting consultations, preparing proposals, and closing sales. The role also involves providing product information and guidance to clients to ensure their needs are effectively met. Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and achieve goalsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and presenting solutionsCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needsSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple tasks and deadlinesAbility to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growthExperience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus but not requiredProficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
