The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.- Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations.- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.Qualifications:- Valid RN license to practice in the state of Kentucky or a compact state license.- Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room RN experience.- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 30 days of hire.- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.Benefits:- Competitive salary- Signing bonus & reloaction package- Health, dental, and vision insurance- Retirement savings plan- Paid time off and sick leave- Continuing education opportunities
