Lettershop/Commercial Print Estimator

DMS East, LLC has an immediate opening for a Lettershop/Print Estimator to join our team. Wherever you may be in your career, DMS could be the place for you!Position SummaryThe Lettershop/Print Estimator accurately estimates the cost, time, materials, labor, and equipment, required for print and direct mail projects. Collaborates with venders to evaluate risks, estimates timelines, taking into consideration client budget parameters when/if required. Researches new vendors and keeps up with internal equipment and capabilities across the organization.You choose where you work! This is a fully remote position or, if you prefer, it can be in-office position onsite in our Freedom, PA office. Hybrid schedule is also available.Essential FunctionsEstimates print production costs and materials based on client requests for quotes (RFQs) from Sales team as assignedPrepares internal Lettershop costs to run jobs.Creates internal print pricing worksheets, data process pricing worksheets, lettershop pricing worksheets and Client Face Quote documents.QualificationsLettershop/Direct Mail/Print shop estimating experience required.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.Exceptional time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.Strong communication skills.Ability to closely collaborate with other project teams and stakeholders.Extensive knowledge of best industry practices and standards.Advanced computer skills and demonstrated competency with software such as PrintStream (EFI) and Excel.Why DMSAt DMS, we treat our employees with respect and encourage teamwork and creativity.
