Job Description Glass Installer Helper/General LaborLocation: Clarkston, WAPay: $18/HRSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PMWe are hiring a reliable and motivated Glass Installer to support a company specializing in residential and commercial glass services, including window installation, repairs, auto glass, mirrors, and custom glass products. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn a skilled trade, and is comfortable working both in a shop and out in the field with experienced installers.Key Responsibilities- Assist installers with glass and aluminum installation and repair work- Work alongside experienced glaziers on job sites (always supervised)- Help with window, door, and glass deliveries- Load and unload trucks (team lifting required for heavier items)- Support shop work including organizing materials and prepping jobs- Travel to job sites and assist with field work as needed- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized- Follow safety procedures and instructions from lead installersQualifications & Skills- Ability to read a tape measure- Reliable, motivated, and able to take direction- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team- Willingness to learn a skilled trade (glass installation / glazing)- Good attitude and strong work ethic- Valid driver's license required (future company vehicle use)Physical Requirements- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (team lifting for heavier items)- Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical tasks- Ability to bend, lift, and move materials throughout the dayPerks- Full-time, steady weekday schedule- Opportunity to learn a high-demand skilled trade- Variety of work: shop, delivery, and field experience- Career growth potential into installer or technician roles- Support from a local Express Employment Professionals teamApply online or visit our Lewiston Express Employment Professionals office today - ask for Bri and Jaclyn!#3206LI
