Pool Service Repair Tech

Overview Hawk Pool Management is hiring a Pool Service Technician to service commercial swimming pools only. The primary responsibility of this role is diagnosing and repairing pool equipment, with additional duties including routine maintenance, cleaning, and preseason pool openings. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair commercial pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, valves, plumbing, automation) Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Perform pool maintenance and cleaning as needed Assist with preseason pool openings, including drain and cleans Replace or repair malfunctioning components Complete service reports and communicate repair needs Maintain tools, inventory, and work area Qualifications Experience with commercial pool systems preferred Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently Valid driver’s license Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors Pay & Schedule $21 –$25 per hour (based on experience) Day shift; weekends as needed Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: Company truck Fuel card On-the-job training Work Location: In person
