Cath Lab Tech Location: Glenwood Springs, CO Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $3,120 to $3,280 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $78.00 - $82.00/Hourly. Summary: An Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist specializes in assisting cardiologists during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures related to heart rhythm disorders. This includes preparing patients, operating specialized equipment, and monitoring cardiac activity in the catheterization lab. Responsibilities: Prepare patients for EP procedures, including explaining procedures and obtaining consent. Set up and operate electrophysiology recording and mapping equipment. Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs during procedures. Assist cardiologists with catheter placement, ablation, pacemaker, and ICD implantation. Perform intracardiac electrogram recordings and programmed electrical stimulation. Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of EP lab equipment. Requirements Requirements: 3 - Year experience Required, Must have Cath experience! EP experience preferred but not mandatory.
