Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Location: Vero Beach, FL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,740 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/14/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 18 months ICU experience required; 2 years preferred. Must have experience with cardiac and neuro patients as the ICU is mixed with both. License: Active nursing license required. Certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS must be held at the time of submission. NIHSS certification must be obtained prior to the start. Must-Have: Epic experience required at a level 3 or 4. All travelers must be nicotine-free. A negative 10-panel drug screen, including nicotine, is required. Description: The position is for a Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. The shift is during the day, with three 12-hour workdays. Clinical responsibilities include providing care for patients with cardiovascular and neurological conditions. Travelers will float to all relevant facilities within a 20-mile radius. All requests for time off must be included at the time of submission, with no exceptions made afterward. First-time travelers are accepted for this position. Travelers should be aware of and prioritize time-sensitive modules that need completion once confirmed. There is a strict policy against smoking and all travelers must certify their nicotine-free status. Certification in EKG and pharmacology testing will be required during orientation, with specific limits on retakes.
