We are currently expanding our team and seeking enthusiastic and innovative tutors in California who are passionate about enhancing student achievement. Responsibilities: As a tutor, your primary role will be to lead personalized one-on-one or small group sessions aligned with our students' specific educational objectives. Key responsibilities include: Guiding students to grasp fundamental concepts outlined in their personalized curriculum binder Implementing engaging and effective activities tailored to individual learning styles to enhance retention Assisting students in achieving academic milestones set by One on One Learning Providing constructive feedback to foster ongoing improvement Qualifications: We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria: Minimum of 60 credit hours towards an Education or college degree Demonstrated experience tutoring in Elementary, Middle and High School subjects, focusing on primarily in Reading Fluency, and Math. Availability to tutor in person during after school hours, in the students' home Possession of reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey Schedule: Part-time.
