Group Fitness Coach

We are looking for a super positive, high-energy, and passionate, health and fitness-focused individual to join our team of coaches at Lakeline Fit Body Boot Camp. But let’s be clear: this role isn’t for everyone. If you’re looking for an easy ride or a cushy job where you can coast, this isn’t it. We only want those who are ready to step up, meet high expectations, and embrace a challenge. We are Currently Hiring: · A group fitness coach/group fitness personal trainer(s) · Part-time; possibly full-time if a good fit We are NOT looking for someone who: takes shirtless selfies in the mirror and posts them to IG for "motivation" coaches like a drill sergeant leading a bunch of Navy Seals throughout hell week thinks that all of their clients need to deadlift 400 lbs or do a bikini competition has all the knowledge about kinesiology but doesn't know how to make a client feel heard, seen, and cared for expects an easy job. (aka. just wants to just show up, coach a session, and go home) only wants to coach a session but never do any other work (some administrative work, cleaning programming, texting clients, etc.) does not believe in a macro-based nutrition program Our ideal coach: LOVES people. Is the type of person who could talk to anyone Is full of positive energy and shows up to work with a smile on their face (even at 5:00 am) Is passionate about helping people be the healthiest and happiest version of themselves Desires to have a long career in group fitness with one company Is looking to always grow, get better and reach their ultimate potential Is driven to exceed expectations and go above and beyond Is willing to work hard. Not kind of hard, like really hard. In other words, we care more about WHO you are, than WHAT you know! Our company is on a mission to change the fitness world and be daymakers in all of our client's lives! Our coaches are the foundation of what we do. They play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our sessions and work closely with each client to provide the ultimate fitness experience. Coach Responsibilities Include, but not limited to, the following: · Coach 30-minute group HIIT sessions · Attend a weekly team meeting and engage with your team to help drive the vision and mission forward · Attend quarterly team development trainings · Develop deep client relationships · · Demonstrating exercises/movements · Correcting form and modifying movements · Motivating clients to challenge themselves · Client engagement and follow up · Providing and receiving feedback · Participation and creation of coaching, marketing, and awareness content for use on social media to motivate and encourage members and prospects · Basic administrative tasks (phone calls, emails, social media, ect.) · Basic janitorial duties (vacuum, sanitize, trash out, etc.) Experience, skills and requirements: Must have open availability to coach any of our session blocks Applicants must have a nationally recognized fitness certification (such as: ACE, NASM, ACSM, ect.) Applicant must have an active CPR certification or ability to get one before starting Exceptionally personable Demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence Experience or high-level understanding of excellent client service Enjoys working with a team on one common mission Ability to prioritize and meet goals in a fast-paced and changing environment Has a personal computer Our Core Values: If you wish to join our team at Fit Body Boot Camp, you need to embody the core values below in order to succeed.
