A company is looking for a 988 Crisis Call Specialist for Swing and Graveyard Shifts. Key Responsibilities Respond to 988 calls, chats, and texts with empathy and professionalism Conduct suicide and behavioral health risk assessments De-escalate high-intensity situations and create safety and action plans with callers Required Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or GED plus four years of full-time behavioral health experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential required by the end of the probationary period Comfort working independently during evening or overnight hours Experience in crisis intervention or contact center preferred Knowledge of local or state public mental health systems preferred
