recommendationsIdentify missing assumptions, analytical gaps, weak logic, and expected strategic review outcomesOperations, Organization & Transformation ReviewReview consulting scenarios involving operational diagnostics, cost transformation, organizational redesign, change management, supply chain improvement, and performance improvementEvaluate transformation materials against process data, stakeholder context, operating model requirements, financial assumptions, and implementation constraintsSupport structured review of workstream plans, operating model materials, change plans, workshop outputs, and transformation roadmapsPrepare clear written explanations for consulting decisions based on source materials and verifiable criteriaDiligence, PMI & Executive Communication SupportReview consulting workflows involving M&A due diligence, post-merger integration, public sector advisory, social impact consulting, and steering committee materialsEvaluate executive presentations, workshop materials, case-style analyses, financial summaries, and consulting deliverables against structured review criteriaAnnotate, label, or validate materials across consulting use cases such as market entry, cost reduction, org design, PMI, and executive decision supportMaintain accuracy, consistency, and professional judgment across submitted workIdeal ProfileStrong candidates may have:3+ years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, advisory, corporate strategy, operations consulting, transformation, due diligence, or related business consulting rolesBackground in one or more areas such as corporate strategy, growth advisory, operations improvement, supply chain consulting, organizational design, change management, M&A diligence, post-merger integration, public sector advisory, or social impact consultingFamiliarity with consulting workflows involving case-style problem solving, client workshops, workstream planning, hypothesis trees, MECE structuring, market sizing, financial analysis, and steering committee presentationsComfort reading and preparing consulting artifacts such as strategy decks, issue trees, market analyses, competitive benchmarks, workshop materials, executive memos, workplans, and transformation roadmapsStrong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and written communication skillsAbility to translate consulting workflows into clear, structured task documentationEducational BackgroundA degree or professional background in business administration, economics, finance, engineering, public policy, organizational psychology, statistics, or a related analytical field is helpfulMBA or advanced degree is helpfulEquivalent practical experience in management consulting, corporate strategy,
