Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Fayetteville, GA, with flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The BCBA will oversee behavior intervention plans, provide supervision to registered behavior technicians, conduct assessments, and deliver direct ABA therapy services as needed. Responsibilities include training and educating parents or caretakers, creating individualized treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and ensuring fidelity to clinical protocols and ethical standards. The BCBA will collaborate closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes. Qualifications Strong expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologiesProficiency in creating individualized Behavior Management plans and implementing interventionsExperience in providing Parent Education and guidance to support intervention carryoverBackground in Psychology or related fields with an emphasis on behavior analysis practicesBCBA certification and current licensure in Georgia (or eligibility to obtain licensure)Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skillsProven ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teamsExperience working in clinical, home, or school-based settings
