Project Manager - Millwork

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project timelines are met, and delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in project management. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Must be able to plan and monitor projects to ensure customers’ expectations are met, and that the product is delivered on time and within our budget. 2. Computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Fieldwire, Procore 3. Ability to read and understand architectural blueprints, shop drawings. 4. Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems and to make decisions in a timely fashion. 5. Ability to identify, track and document changes and new information in a timely manner. 6. Some travel required (local) to project sites as needed for field verify, to acquire field dimensions and to assess project progress in the field. Preferred candidate: · Minimum 5 years of experience working as PM in the millwork field. · Must be able to work both independently and with others as part of a team. · Good communication skills are a must. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) - Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Millwork industry - Proficient in construction management software such as Fieldwire, Procore - Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to read blueprints and interpret millwork drawings - Knowledge of project coordination principles and practices - Familiarity with contract management processes We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
