Active Michigan physical therapy license required at time of submission. Compact licensure is not accepted for this role. Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required. Must have experience working in outpatient, inpatient, and long-term care environments; primary focus will be inpatient. BLS (AHA) certification required. Ability to follow physician orders and develop individualized plans of care based on comprehensive evaluations. Travel assignment experience preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient (will primarily focus on inpatient and also work with long-term care as needed). Shift Name: Days. Shift Days: Monday through Friday. Shift Hours: 08:00–16:30. (40 hour guarantee.) Weekend Requirement: No weekends. Assignment Duration: 13 weeks.
