Internet Help Desk Travel Advisor
A company is looking for an Internet Help Desk Travel Advisor to join their Travel Contact Center Team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls and emails related to website inquiries
Assist members with travel tool usage and resolve website-related issues
Complete air, car, and hotel reservations using appropriate software and assist with online transactions
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years of Travel Advisor experience
Two (2) years of customer service experience
Competent PC usage with experience in Microsoft Office and email systems
Knowledge of an automated airline reservation system preferred
