Facilities, Logistics, and Fleet Coordinator
OverviewUnder the direct supervision of the Radio Systems Team Manager, the job emphasis for the Facility, Logistics and Fleet Coordinator is on general maintenance support for the Radio Department. This role is primarily responsible for the up keep of radio site facilities and supports wireless systems and generator maintenance needs at the dispatch centers and support offices. This position is responsible for ensuring reliability of HVAC, power generation equipment, DC rectifier systems, battery systems and UPS devices as well as upkeep of buildings and surrounding landscaping. This position also tracks vehicle maintenance schedules and sends vehicle servicing notifications. This is an FLSA non-exempt position.Key Job ResponsibilitiesPerform and/or facilitate regular maintenance of diesel powered generators, small engines, trailers and snow cat vehicles, including replacing/repairing of oil filter, fuel filter, battery, lubrication and fluid changes; engine and generator external components including water pumps, alternators, pulleys, belts, battery chargers, fuel pumps and fueling systems on 30+ diesel generators from 22 to 250KW in size. Fueling of generators from vehicle mounted transfer tankBasic troubleshooting of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems for buildings for diagnostic and emergency repairs. Troubleshooting, maintenance and module replacement of DC power systems. Troubleshooting of radio tower lighting issues (tower climbing not required)Perform and/or facilitate regular maintenance of vehicles and records maintenance schedules. Maintains vehicle repairs and maintenance schedules, sends notifications when service is dueOperates off road vehicles and over the snow tracked vehicles including snow cats and 4x4 trucks. Operation of winches and recovery rigging to clear roads and gain access to mountain top facilities. Use of recovery tools to free stuck vehicles.
