Audio Visual Technician

Key Responsibilities: Audio Visual Support Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Surface Hubs (display, audio, network settings) Diagnose and resolve Crestron connectivity, audio, and video issues Support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), including UI and touch panel troubleshooting Support Condeco, Barco ClickShare, Pano, Polycom, Cisco, and related AV systems Provide event and meeting support (onsite and occasional offsite) Technical Support Troubleshoot PC, Mac, AV, and network connectivity issues Manage ServiceNow tickets with SLA awareness Support Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office 365) Perform asset management (shipping, receiving, tracking, disposal) Provide printer installation and troubleshooting Deliver VIP / white-glove executive support Provide remote hands support (checking ports, tracing cables, rebooting hardware) Qualifications 2+ years of onsite technical support experience (or related degree) Hands-on experience with Crestron and Microsoft Teams Rooms Experience supporting AV conference room technologies Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills xywuqvp Ability to work onsite 5 days per week Comfortable with occasional travel and after-hours support if required Benefits (W2) Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan EEO Statement All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
