General/Assistant Management Trainee

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in various aspects of our business. As a Management Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and gain hands-on experience in Pizza-Kitchen operations, customer service, inventory control, and employee management. This is a full-time position with potential for advancement to Full General Management at this location, or other nearby Domino's locations. Responsibilities: - Learn and develop skills in Pizza-kitchen food creation, customer service and employee management - Gain knowledge of inventory control processes and managing labor hours - Provide exceptional food product and customer service -Cultivate a positive and productive work environment - Collaborate with senior staff to achieve sales targets, food & labor cost goals and meet customer needs - Participate in Management meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and develop operational strategies - Assist in analyzing operational data and using basic business software Qualifications: - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in basic computer application use - Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with coworkers - Pizza Kitchen or Food service/customer service experience is preferred but not required We offer a benefits package for this position after 1 year at full-time hours This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in management.
