Job description:Project Manager/Estimator – Heavy Civil ConstructionSalt Lake City, UT or Utah county| 110K–$125K DOE + Bonus + BenefitsAre you an experienced Project Manager or Estimator with a background in self-performing heavy civil contractors specializing in excavation, wet utilities, grading, wastewater treatment plants, and paving?If you’re ready to take on complex projects and lead high-performing teams, we have an excellent opportunity for you in Salt Lake City, or Utah county.What We Offer:Competitive Salary: $110,000–$125,000 DOEAnnual Bonus Program401(k) with Company MatchComprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsurancePaid Time Off: Vacation, Sick Leave, and HolidaysCompany Vehicle or Allowance (plus fuel card)Relocation Assistance available for the right candidateCareer Growth: Opportunities for advancement with a respected heavy civil contractorWhat You’ll Do:As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full life cycle of heavy civil construction projects—both public and private—ranging from $20M and up.Your key responsibilities include:Leading and mentoring a team of Project Engineers and field management staffManaging subcontractors and client relationships effectivelyFull P&L ownership, including cost control and risk managementPre-construction planning, project set-up, scheduling, and safety oversightDriving projects to successful, on-time, and on-budget completionWhat We’re Looking For:2-5+ years’ experience managing/estimating heavy civil projects with a focus on wet utilities, excavation, grading, wastewater treatment plants, and pavingProven track record of managing/estimating self-perform forces and delivering projects exceeding $50MBS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)Familiarity with DOT projects (a plus)Proficiency in industry software: HCSS, Bluebeam, P6, Agtek, Bid2Win, Trimble, etc.ScheduleFull-Time | Monday–Friday | 8-hour shiftsLocation: Salt Lake City, UT or Utah county(On-site role)
