Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fire Suppression Technician based in Wake Forest, NC. The Technician will be responsible for installing, inspecting, testing, maintaining, and repairing fire suppression and fire safety systems. This includes ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards, troubleshooting system issues, and working directly with clients to address their fire and life safety needs. The role requires a commitment to precision, safety, and excellent customer service. Qualifications Proficiency in Fire Suppression Systems and Fire Extinguisher installation, inspection, and maintenanceProven knowledge of Life Safety codes, standards, and regulationsExperience in Fire Safety assessments and ensuring compliance with safety proceduresStrong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve system issues efficientlyAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRelevant certifications or licensure (e.g., NICET, OSHA, or state-specific fire safety certification) are preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
