We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hydraulic Technician to join our team. This role will focus on the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of hydraulic pumps, motors, and related components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hydraulic assembly and a strong understanding of hydraulic systems. This position plays a key role in ensuring our products meet quality standards and perform reliably in the field.Key Responsibilities:Assemble hydraulic pumps, motors, and related components to specifications. Perform testing to verify performance, efficiency, and reliability of units. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain accurate records of assembly and testing processes. Work closely with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines. Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Identify and report any issues or opportunities for process improvement. Requirements:Minimum of 3 years experience assembling hydraulic pumps and motors. Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to inspect own work. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. Preferred:Experience with testing hydraulic units. Familiarity with different types of hydraulic pumps (gear, piston, vane). Technical or vocational training in hydraulics or a related field. Physical Demands:Standing and bending are required. xaygatp Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
