Process Technician

Process Technician - Direct hire. Locations: Germantown, WI or Richfield, WI Pay: $30 - $40 or more per hour, based on experience Shift: Days 7am–7pm or Nights 7pm–7am (2-2-3 schedule) | Night shift includes 10% premium Responsible for press setup and startup activities, including loading robot programs, for optimal injection molding processing. Supports healthcare manufacturing production for Pharma, Diagnostic, and MedTech customers. Runs mold validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) and supports qualification studies (FAT/SAT). Requirements High school diploma or GED; 2- or 4-year technical program preferred 5–7 years of relevant experience or equivalent on-the-job training Fork truck and Lockout/Tagout certification required Experience with injection molding and instrumented tooling (Kistler/RJG) a plus #bb2
