Learn more about our benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical expert in at least one R&D discipline (Optic, Electronic, Motion, SEM).1. Support R&D module owner in "Off & On Tool" Module Integration, Calibration and Qualification;2. Qualify Module performance to spec (on & off tool);3. Support R&D development (C&F) activities.Lead Qualifications:1. Lead Qualification of non-system components (isolated from application);2. Provide risk assessment.3. Define & execute Qualification plans; Define, execute and qualify calibration procedures (off and on tool).Tool owner - Expert in tool Build and Integration.Production documentation: define and qualify full build book and full sub system ATP tests.High debug ability and 3rd level of escalation to modules that are within area of expertiseFunctional Knowledge* Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplinesBusiness Expertise* Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the marketLeadership* Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirementsProblem Solving* Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of informationImpact* Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policiesInterpersonal Skills* Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensusAdditional InformationTime Type:Full timeEmployee Type:Assignee / RegularTravel:Relocation Eligible:NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
