Administrative Temp Employee Records ManagementWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Temporary employee to work on-site assisting with the review and organization of physical employee personnel files. This role involves comparing physical files to active and terminated employee data and determining the appropriate next steps for each file, including storage, shredding, or re-filing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, trustworthy with confidential information, and comfortable working independently.
Key ResponsibilitiesReview physical employee personnel files and compare them against active and terminated employee records
Determine appropriate disposition of files (e.g., retain, store for future shipment, shred, or file in designated locations)
Accurately organize and label files and storage boxes
Ensure confidential employee data is handled securely and in compliance with company policies
Maintain an orderly workspace in an office/warehouse setting
Work independently to complete assigned tasks within established guidelines and timelines
QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required
Previous experience in an administrative, records management, or filing role preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable working in an office/warehouse environment
Additional RequirementsAbility to stand, bend, and lift file boxes as needed
Dependable and punctual
Strong work ethic and follow-through
