You'll work closely with the VP of Strategy & Operations on some of the company's most important problems, from growth planning and resource allocation to operational efficiency and cross-functional execution.Reporting to our VP of Strategy & Operations, this role is for someone who thinks like a consultant, operates like a founder, and communicates like a business leader.Location: NYC (Hybrid, 3 days per week in office)What You'll DoStrategy and Decision SupportPartner with the VP of Strategy & Operations on high-priority initiatives from start to finishBuild analyses across market sizing, competitive landscape, financial modeling, and scenario planning, and turn them into clear recommendationsHelp prep board materials, investor updates, and internal strategy reviewsOperationsFind what's slowing the business down and build solutions that actually stickOwn planning processes like OKR tracking and quarterly business reviews to keep teams aligned and accountableBuild KPI dashboards that give leadership a clear picture of where things standGTM and GrowthWork with Sales and Customer Success on segmentation and capacity planningTurn pipeline and performance data into actionable recommendations, not just reportsProject ManagementRun complex, multi-team workstreams and keep things movingBuild processes and documentation that set a high bar for how strategic work gets done at NirvanaWhat We're Looking For2 to 4 years at a top consulting firm requiredPrior in-house experience at a high-growth startup is strongly preferredOR 3 years of consulting plus 1 to 2 years in-house at a high-growth startupStrong at breaking down messy, open-ended problems and turning them into a clear planA communicator who can make a complex analysis land with a non-technical audienceExperience in B2B SaaS strongly preferredHealthcare or healthtech experience is a plusTechnical SkillsExcel / Google Sheets, advanced modeling and analysisPowerPoint / Google Slides, executive-quality storytellingSQL, comfortable pulling and working with data on your ownBI tools like Tableau or Looker are a plusHow We Support YouMedical, dental, vision, and 401KHybrid dog friendly office (3 days a wk.)Generous PTO$1000 per year Mental Health Wellness BenefitsStocked office kitchenRemote home office supportEquity compensation packagesOpen door policy & collaborative cultureNirvana is an equal opportunity employer.
