Site Coordinator (Print Center)
Job Summary This role supports daily operations of a print production center and manages a fleet of ~30 multifunction devices. The position requires hands-on production print experience, equipment oversight, and regular interaction with customers. The role is physically active, involving daily floor walks and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1+ year of experience in a related field (print production, fleet management, B2B, or technical role) 1+ year of customer-facing experience Basic technical aptitude and understanding of office/print equipment Ability to troubleshoot issues and apply moderate problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to present information to small groups Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and walking the facility daily Key Responsibilities Operate and support print production, copy, mail, scanning, and imaging services Monitor and maintain ~30 multifunction devices (MFDs), ensuring uptime and performance Perform daily walkthroughs to inspect equipment and resolve issues proactively Maintain accurate documentation for print production details and device (key-op) procedures Manage mailroom, copy center, or scanning facility operations Handle shipping, receiving, mail processing, and courier coordination Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers; provide consistent, professional support Create and manage work orders, track service requests, and meet SLAs Support vendor coordination, contractor oversight, and facility-related reporting Manage office supply inventory and reorder as needed Assist with conference room setup and A/V equipment support Collect operational data and contribute to monthly reporting Drive cost efficiency through effective use of materials and supplies Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and stakeholder
