Associate AI Solution Engineer

This is a full-time, direct hire position with our client in NW Austin, TX. It's a hybrid work model - onsite 3 days per week (Mon/Tues/Weds). Candidates must be local to the Austin area. We are seeking two Associate AI Solution Engineers who are excited about building software in an AI-assisted development environment. This is a great opportunity for early-career engineers or recent graduates who are passionate about AI and eager to work on real applications alongside an experienced engineering team. The team has already built 11 internal applications using modern development tools and is continuing to expand their AI-driven engineering capabilities. This role is ideal for candidates who have experimented with AI tools to build software, created side projects, or completed internships where they explored AI-assisted coding and automation. What You'll Do Contribute to the development of full stack applications in an AI-assisted development environment Collaborate with experienced engineers to design, build, and enhance internal tools and platforms Use modern AI coding tools to accelerate development and improve workflows Participate in building and improving applications that support customer platforms and integrations Assist with testing, debugging, and improving existing applications Learn and grow within a team focused on practical AI-driven software development Technologies & Tools Claude Codex Cursor What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or graduating soon) Strong interest in AI-assisted software development Hands-on experience through projects, internships, or coursework Experience building applications using AI coding tools or automation workflows Exposure to full stack development concepts Curiosity, initiative, and a builder mindset Nice to Have Personal or academic projects involving AI agents, developer productivity tools, or AI-assisted applications Experience experimenting with tools like Claude, Codex, Cursor, or similar AI coding platforms Hackathon or startup-style development experience Why This Role Is Unique This team is intentionally investing in developing early AI engineering talent.
