This position offers an opportunity to advance your nursing career while making a meaningful impact on patient lives.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care: Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and implementing prescribed treatment plans in accordance with physician orders.Assessment and Monitoring: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and continuously monitor their progress, promptly identifying any changes or deterioration.Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and hospital regulations.Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust patient care plans, making evidence-based decisions to optimize patient outcomes.Education: Educate patients and their families on the plan of care, medications, and any necessary lifestyle modifications.
