Painter/Primer The essence of the painter/primer's role is to paint all items going through the powder coat booth, while keeping a high-quality standard. Hours: M-F, 5:00 A.M. - 1:30 P.M. Values Innovation Commitment & Passion Integrity Team & Relationships Duties And Responsibilities Manually paint each part going through the paint booth. Able to stand and paint all parts for extended times throughout shift. Good working knowledge of powder coat application. Able to operate all functions of the Nordson paint booth. Attributes Keep up in a fast-paced environment. Communicate ideas and issues in a timely manner. Keep up with LSI's high-quality standards. Work in a team-orientated manner. Qualifications Previous powder coat experience preferred. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to read prints. The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
