About the CompanyAn AmLaw firm is seeking a 4th–5th year Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Miami office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex business disputes within a sophisticated, fast-paced litigation practice, with strong exposure to both state and federal court matters.About the RoleYou will join a collaborative litigation team handling high-level matters, working closely with partners and clients while gaining meaningful responsibility across all stages of litigation. This role is ideal for an associate looking to grow as a well-rounded litigator within a nationally recognised platform.ResponsibilitiesManaging written and document discoveryDrafting pleadings, motions, and other court filingsConducting and defending depositionsPreparing witnesses for testimonyAppearing for status conferences and motion arguments in courtAssisting with trial preparation and litigation strategyParticipating in settlement discussions and negotiations Qualifications4–5 years of experience in commercial or complex business litigationStrong legal writing and oral advocacy skillsExperience in both state and federal court litigationAbility to manage workload in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentComfortable with direct interaction with partners and clientsStrong academic credentialsSpanish language proficiency (written and verbal) strongly preferred Required SkillsJD from an ABA-accredited law schoolActive membership and good standing with the Florida Bar (or eligibility for timely admission)Pay Range and Compensation PackageSalary range: $290,000 – $310,000Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
