This is your chance to collaborate with top-tier medical teams and gain diverse clinical experience, all while enjoying competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.What You’ll Do:Provide anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical and procedural areas, including trauma, neuro, spine, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB/GYN, pediatrics, plastics, ortho, and robotics.Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.Administer varies types of anesthesia such as GETA, MAC, regional, spinal, and US-guided techniques.Operate in a model of Medically Directed anesthesia with a maximum of 1:4 provider-to-patient ratio.Be part of a dedicated team working three 12-hour night shifts per week: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 7 PM to 7 AM.Required Skills and Qualifications:Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) board certification.Active PA license.Valid ACLS and PALS certifications.Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience preferred.Proficiency in GETA, MAC, regional, spinal, and US techniques.Nice to Have:Experience working in a Level I Trauma center.Exposure to complex and diverse patient populations.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Preferred Education and Experience:Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.Previous experience in hospital-based anesthesia care, especially in trauma or complex surgical settings.Other Requirements:Credentialing expected within 90 days (expedited options available with leadership approval).No DEA registration required.Travel and licensure reimbursements provided as applicable.Must adhere to all hospital policies and safety protocols.Compensation for this position is highly competitive at 229.11 per hour, complemented by weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick time, and an attractive referral bonus program.
