The Sales Closer will manage qualified leads through the final stages of the sales process, conduct consultative calls, and present funding solutions that align with client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include following up with prospects, handling objections, negotiating terms within guidelines, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth deal flow. The role involves preparing and reviewing documents related to closings and escrow processes, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and meeting or exceeding monthly closure and revenue targets. The Sales Closer will also provide a high level of customer service, ensuring a professional and transparent experience for every client.Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust with clients.Proven experience in sales closings and deal closure, ideally in financial services, lending, real estate, or a related field.Familiarity with escrow or similar transactional processes, including documentation review and coordination with third parties.Comfort using CRM tools and digital communication platforms to manage pipelines and track activities.Goal-oriented mindset with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in Reno, NV, demonstrating reliability, time management, and self-direction.High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a positive client experience.Relevant experience in finance, lending, or B2B sales preferred; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
