We pride ourselves on fostering strong caregiver-client relationships, consistent communication, and being a trusted partner for families to enhance their loved ones’ quality of life.Role DescriptionResponsibilities include assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Additional duties include providing companionship, medication reminders, and mobility support, as well as offering respite care for family caregivers. The caregiver will ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients, promote dignity and respect, and maintain clear communication with families and team members.QualificationsExperience providing personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and general household management experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and establish meaningful client relationships.Ability to provide companionship and emotional support while ensuring client comfort and dignity.Experience with medication reminders and knowledge of basic health and safety protocols.Reliable, compassionate, and patient, with a commitment to providing high-quality care.Ability to follow care plans and adapt to client needs and preferences effectively.Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or a related field is preferred but not required.PSS or CNA certification are desirable.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
