Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production targets and business objectives. Manage departmental budgets, optimizing resource allocation and cost control. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving process enhancements and innovation. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and industry guidelines. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations. Proven track record of achieving production targets and improving operational efficiency. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, develop budgets, and drive financial performance. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
