Job DescriptionJob Title: Tech Support Agent / ApprenticeWe are looking for a motivated IT Technician or Technician Apprentice to join our team. This is a full-time, flexible position (30-40 hours per week) providing IT support to business customers and their end users. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and eager to build a career in IT. No prior professional experience is required - just the right attitude and willingness to learn.
