As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with prospective and current customers. You will actively promote the company's services, prepare and deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close sales. Additionally, you will provide post-sale support to ensure long-term client satisfaction.QualificationsSales and negotiation skills, including the ability to effectively close deals and achieve sales targetsStrong customer service and relationship-building abilitiesExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of the construction industry is advantageous but not mandatoryProficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related softwareSelf-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work independentlyValid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region for client meetingsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales, business, or construction will be a plus
