The Senior Architectural Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating innovative architectural designs that align with client needs and project goals. Day-to-day tasks include translating design concepts into detailed plans, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. The role also involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to oversee project progress. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining design quality standards while adhering to timelines and budgets. Qualifications Proficiency in architectural design tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUpStrong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and zoning regulationsExperience in creating conceptual designs, design development, and construction documentationSkills in project coordination, client communication, and teamworkAttention to detail, creativity, and ability to solve design-related challengesBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related fieldProfessional licensure as an Architect is preferredPrior experience in commercial construction design is highly valued
