To learn more, visit .Job Overview:The Project Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of client and internal programs by providing high-level coordination, organization, and operational support to the Project Management team. Serving as a central point of communication across cross-functional teams, this role helps manage timelines, track deliverables, prepare project updates, and maintain momentum across multiple active projects.Key Responsibilities:Supports the project management team during internal and external meetingsCoordinates various activities and gathers information on projects progress to prepare project progress reportsProvide administrative coordination support to the director of project management and project managers and maintain project pending lists and meeting agendasUnder general supervision, Project Associates provide skills and experience within an area of clinical research required for various research projectsUnder general supervision of a project manager, the Project Associate collects, enters, and organizes data and other information to support research projects; carries out basic project management tasks; takes notes, transcribes meeting minutes, organizes materials for and provides draft inputs to written products such as project documentation, progress reports, research reports, and briefingsProject Associates may provide administrative support to projects such as coordination of IRB packages, and coordination of day-to-day project management operations.What We are Looking for:Bachelor's degree in a science-related or relevant field2+ years of professional experience in project coordination, operations, research support, healthcare, biotech, CRO, or similar environmentsMandarin language skills are strongly preferredExceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and urgencyExperience working in regulated or quality-focused environments is a plusWhy Pharmaron?Pharmaron is a premier service provider for the life sciences industry.
