Millwork Recruiting Source is leading a search for a Project Coordinator to support a fast-growing design-build organization specializing in high-impact automotive dealership environments . This team delivers full-scope projects including millwork, fixtures, graphics, digital displays, furniture, and complete facility renovations for some of the world's most recognized automotive brands. This is a growth-driven hire —an opportunity to step into a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where your coordination, estimating, and client-facing skills will directly impact project success.Why This Opportunity Stands OutWork on new construction and renovation projects for leading automotive dealership brandsExposure to full project lifecycle —from takeoffs and proposals through installation coordinationHybrid schedule : In-office Tues–Thurs, remote Mon & FriHighly collaborative team environment, working closely with install, logistics, and productionStable, growing company with a strong project pipelineWhat You'll Be DoingEstimating & Proposal DevelopmentPerform quantity take-offs from architectural floor plans, elevations, and finish schedules using BluebeamPrioritize bid work based on construction timelines and project schedulesBuild detailed, client-ready proposals for millwork, fixtures, furniture, and graphics packagesPrepare proposal letters, qualifications, clarifications, and exclusionsMaintain and enhance quoting templates and cost databasesAssist with change orders, pricing updates, and special requests on active projectsProject Coordination & CommunicationParticipate in construction kickoff meetings with clients and general contractorsCoordinate with internal teams including installation, logistics, production, and customer successSupport weekly project status meetings to ensure alignment across teamsRespond to client inquiries promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfactionDevelop strong working relationships with clients, architects, and GCsProject Understanding & ExecutionGain a deep understanding of dealership construction and renovation projectsSupport the flow of information from estimating through executionHelp ensure projects move efficiently from concept through installationWhat We're Looking For3–5 years of experience in project coordination & estimating within:Architectural millworkCommercial caseworkArchitectural metalsOr similar construction-related industriesExperience performing takeoffs using BluebeamStrong understanding of project flow—from order processing through production and installHighly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and a client-facing mindsetProactive, curious, and willing to ask questions and take initiativeComfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teamsCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $70K – $80K (DOE)Schedule: 40–45 hours/weekHybrid Work: Tues–Thurs in office, Mon & Fri remotePTO: 2–3 weeks to startHolidays: 10 paid holidaysBenefits: Excellent health insurance + 401(k)
