Our client RibbitZ is hiring a Business Analyst - Java & React in Wisconsin Dells.Contract Duration: Through June 30, 2027Work Authorization: US Citizens only🚫 No C2CCandidates must currently reside in Wisconsin or relocate at their own expense within 30–60 days of hire.We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst or Product Owner with a strong background in enterprise Java and React application development. The role will support projects using Java, PrimeReact, Kubernetes, APIs, and microservices.Key Responsibilities:• Gather and document business and technical requirements• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation• Manage and refine the product backlog• Coordinate UAT, testing feedback, and system validation• Support the complete SDLC from requirements through deployment• Work closely with business users, developers, SMEs, and project managers• Support ADA compliance during testing and QA• Assist with Jira task management, system documentation, training, and demonstrationsRequired Qualifications:• 10–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner• Experience working in enterprise Java and React environments• Strong knowledge of SDLC, APIs, microservices, and UI/UX principles• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies• Strong Jira and Confluence experience• Experience with UAT, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Skills:• Business Analyst certifications• ADA compliance experience• Java, PrimeReact, and Kubernetes project experience
