Senior Counsel

SENIOR COUNSEL OPPORTUNITYRedgrave LLP is seeking an eDiscovery Senior Counsel with at least 10 years of experience managing eDiscovery in complex litigations and investigations. The candidate will work closely with client teams to advise on eDiscovery and Information Governance issues. Candidate must be proficient in legal research and able to draft complex discovery related and information governance related work product, such as legal memorandums and correspondence, protective orders, ESI agreements, motions, playbook components, and defensibility memorandum. Ability to draft talking points and outlines for client meetings, custodian interviews, meet and confer sessions, and motion hearings. Ability to work directly with clients, and merits firms and other co-counsel to effectively manage client workstreams. Ability to work with experts, including task and matter management and preparation of experts for oral testimony.
