The Dietary Technician is responsible for assisting with menu selection and calculations, patient tray line, calorie counts, patient interviews for food preferences and intake. The Dietary Technician assists in providing nutrition assessments, implementation and monitoring of nutrition therapy that is provided by the Registered Dieticians.
