Eagle Developer
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced *Eagle Developer* with strong hands-on expertise in *Eagle Pace, Eagle STAR, Eagle ML, IWS, and Eagle utilities*. The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting investment management solutions, data interfaces, workflows, and financial data processing within the Eagle platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, configure, and support solutions using *Eagle Pace and Eagle STAR*.
* Work extensively with *Pace Data Warehouse, STAR Accounting, Integrated Workflow Studio (IWS), Automation Center, and Performance modules*.
* Develop and maintain *Eagle ML data interfaces* for loading, transforming, and extracting financial data.
* Use *Message Center, Message Streams, and panels* to process files and data related to:
* Trades
* Securities
* Positions
* Pricing
* Reference data
* Develop and maintain workflows using *Eagle IWS*.
* Work with *Eagle ML* for data integration, transformation, and extraction.
* Utilize *Eagle Automation Center, Reference Data Center, Portfolio Data Center, and Reporting Center*.
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within *Eagle Pace and STAR*.
* Collaborate closely with *business users, business analysts, and other technology teams* throughout the development lifecycle.
* Perform development, unit testing, debugging, production support, and issue resolution.
* Develop and optimize *Oracle PL/SQL* queries, procedures, functions, and packages.
* Work with financial databases and investment management data structures.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage development activities using *Jira and/or Azure DevOps (ADO)*.
* Prepare technical documentation and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Required Skills
* Strong hands-on experience with *Eagle Investment Systems*.
* Expertise in *Eagle Pace Data Warehouse and Eagle STAR Accounting*.
* Hands-on experience with *Eagle ML, Eagle IWS, and Message Center*.
* Experience with *Eagle ML data interfaces* for data loading and extraction.
* Experience with *Message Streams and Panels*.
* Strong understanding of *Trade, Security, Position, Pricing, and Reference Data*.
* Experience with:
* Eagle Automation Center
* Reference Data Center
* Portfolio Data Center
* Reporting Center
* Performance modules
* Strong *Oracle PL/SQL* programming skills.
* Good understanding of *financial/investment management databases and data models*.
* Experience working directly with *business users and analysts*.
* Good understanding of *Agile methodology, Jira, and Azure DevOps (ADO)*.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in *asset management, investment management, portfolio accounting, fund accounting, securities processing, or financial data platforms* would be preferred.
