Video Editor Location: Scottsdale, AZ (On-site) Fervor Creative is an Emmy® Award–winning creative studio seeking a Video Editor to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. We create high-quality video and motion content for brands across Arizona and beyond. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong foundation in video editing and motion graphics who is eager to grow, collaborate, and contribute to a fast-paced creative studio. What You’ll Do Collaborate with the Video and Design team to concept and produce motion graphics and video content. Edit video content in Adobe Premier Pro, incorporating animation, sound design, music, and color grading. Create content across multiple formats including marketing videos, social media, explainers, instructional videos, and sizzle reels. Manage multiple projects at different stages of production with guidance from senior team members. Follow established creative workflows while contributing ideas and creative solutions. Maintain quality standards while meeting project deadlines. Actively participate in team collaboration and creative reviews. Required Qualifications 3 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics. Portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion graphics animation skills. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop). Understanding of video formats, frame rates, and post-production workflows. Good eye for design, typography, color, and composition. Strong communication skills and ability to receive feedback. Enthusiasm for learning, collaboration, and creative growth. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience as a Creative Services Producer or in a creative production role is a plus. On-set production experience. Familiarity with Sony cinema cameras. Knowledge of video lighting techniques. VFX or compositing experience.
