Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Bring your expertise to ensure each student is empowered to reach their full potential for the 2026-2027 academic year.Key Qualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programActive Maryland professional licensureCertificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)School-based SLP experience (preferred)Ability to provide proof of licensure and satisfy all credentialing requirements, including House Bill 486 district background check and employment history reviewStrong communication skills and commitment to collaborative teamworkPrimary Responsibilities:Deliver direct therapy services and craft individualized education plans (IEPs) for school-aged children (exact caseload and schools to be determined)Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments in accordance with district and state guidelinesProvide consultation to teachers and support staff to facilitate students' academic successParticipate in IEP meetings, documenting progress and maintaining all necessary recordsCollaborate with families, multidisciplinary teams, and school staff to ensure consistent support for each childRemain actively engaged in professional development and ongoing licensure requirementsPerks of the Assignment:Build valuable experience working with diverse student populationsBalanced work-life structure with a standard school schedule (37.5 hours per week)Gain insight into the Baltimore area school systems and contribute to their missionThis contract begins September 2, 2026, and continues through June 17, 2027.
