Lead Automation Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Automation Engineer (Java/Selenium). Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end test automation delivery using Selenium WebDriver with Java across multiple Agile releases Design and evolve scalable automation frameworks and define automation strategy aligned with business goals Mentor automation engineers and ensure adherence to Agile processes and quality standards Required Qualifications 12-15 years of experience in automation engineering Proficiency in Java and Selenium Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, TestNG, and JUnit Knowledge of API and backend testing Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Developers, BAs, and DevOps
