Candidates should be comfortable performing light to medium labor tasks and working both independently and as part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesArrive to work on time and maintain reliable attendanceFollow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, clutter-free work areaWear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintain proper hygiene standardsEfficiently and safely operate assigned machinery and production equipmentAssist with production line operations to meet quality and productivity goalsPlace and process customer production orders accuratelyInspect materials and equipment to identify any malfunctions or quality concernsPerform product quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracyHandle shipping and receiving duties as neededAssist with inventory counts and inventory control processesComplete production assignments according to departmental schedulesPerform quick and efficient production line changeovers to minimize downtimeClean and sanitize equipment after production cycles are completedWork cooperatively with coworkers and supervisors across departmentsAssist with overtime, alternate schedules, or weekend work when required to meet customer demands QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED preferredPrevious production, warehouse, manufacturing, or food production experience is a plusAbility to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shiftAbility to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, twist, push, pull, and reach for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safetyExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learnExcellent attendance and dependability required
