A company is looking for an ESL Methodologist to support curriculum development and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Review and enhance existing ESL curriculum and learning materials
Ensure alignment of curricula and assessments with CEFR standards
Collaborate with content teams to develop pedagogically sound materials
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a relevant Master's degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Education, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in ESL curriculum design or content development
Expertise in CEFR alignment and curriculum mapping
Strong understanding of ESL methodologies
Experience working with cross-functional educational teams
